A few days ago Bifi made another request for a KSS file with the music from Montana John and the Templar's Treasure. This time I decided to honour the request as a way of celebrating the TNI's 20th anniversary. In fact, I did even better and created one for the music from DrPill as well. So, here they are:
KSS file for MJTT
KSS file for DrPill
The archive contains a playlist and several .kss files. One for the most used kss plugin, msxplug and but two extra files for nezplug and Audio Overload (which can be used on Linux and MacOS X as well). The only difference between the files is that the PSG/SCC sound balance has been specifically tailored for the specific players.
Enjoy!

I took some time to write up an article about collision detection. This article is basically an explanation of the code I wrote five years ago for Universe: Unknown. I hope it will help those starting up game development on MSX (or any other z80 based system).
So go over there and read it!

After some reports from Imanok and Hydragon, I realised that another update was needed to get everything to at least work well enough to finish the game. As of now (last week actually ), the version available for download add the following fixes:
- Removed an invisible block in level 1
- Fixed the level data of level four whereby the actual map of level 2 appeared instead of the correct fourth map. Combined with level 4 data, it became unfinishable. I have no idea how I managed to mess this up, but I did.

Enjoy!

Hello and welcome to the new Infinite website!
After we let our domain expire we decided to redo the entire website so it would be a little easier to maintain it. Most of the content that was previously there can be found here as well, but now also our recent productions have been included.
So, what can you expect here?
First of all, some games have been updated, and they are now available for the first time:
- RNFF - we finally included our fixed version of this game.
- Jailbreak - the version you can download here contains a few tweaks and fixes.
A section I hope will be interesting is the "Code corner". In this section I will discuss topics related to assembly programming. Every once in a while I will add topics I think may be interesting, but if you want questions answered, you can request something special and I will see if I know enough about to make it worthwhile. You can also take the opportunity to point out how I am not doing things in the most efficient way. If you can! ;-)
The gfx corner is the equivalent of the code corner, but aimed at Wolf's graphics and sometimes the odd mentioning of dead projects, gossip about future projects and screenshots of his unique in-house tools.
Enjoy!
